Web Analytics and Performance Measurement Practice Lead
Bryan Robertson has over 14 years of internet industry design and management skills, including tenure as the Executive Producer of myTELUS.com, one of Western Canada’s most trafficked portals. There he championed the use of user-centred design techniques and usability testing, and managed partner relationships from Canadian Press to Yahoo! Bryan contributes to OpenRoad his substantial expertise in the management of complex content aggregation websites and the use of web analytics to drive website improvement.
At OpenRoad since 2007, Bryan leads OpenRoad’s Web Analytics and Performance Measurement practice. He has done a wide range of web analytics, performance management, and dashboard design work for clients such as BC Hydro, ICBC, The World Bank, Vancouver Public Library, BC Courthouse Library Society, and the Legal Services Society.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Simon Fraser University.
