Sara Redpath, Client Engagement Manager
As Client Engagement Manager, Sara works with current and potential clients, managing new business, supporting our project teams, and ensuring long-term successful relationships.
Sara is the first point of contact for prospective clients and leads OpenRoad’s sales team. She helps win new work that can be profitable, rewarding and aligned with strategic objectives. She is also involved in all aspects of OpenRoad Professional Services projects, nurturing great relationships with our clients and helping our internal teams improve processes.
Originally from New Jersey, Sara holds a degree in Political Science from Boston College where she also studied Faith, Peace, and Justice and spent a semester abroad in El Salvador. She has a background in small business and was formerly a chef and chocolatier. When not working or cooking, Sara enjoys photography and spending time with her kids.
