Winnie Ho, Senior User Experience Designer
As a Senior User Experience Designer at OpenRoad, Winnie is responsible for improving the usability, utility, and enjoyment of the interactions between end-users and services. She brings in-depth knowledge of user research methods. As a User Experience Designer and Researcher at TELUS, she facilitated usability testing and lead user interviews on multiple projects.
What motivates Winnie is discovering users’ pain points and using those to create an experience that feels fluid and natural. She believes in taking a lean approach to design, working side-by-side with developers to ensure changes are being made as the design is implemented.
Winnie graduated from the Computer Science program at the University of British Columbia. Outside of work you can find her running in the park, learning to play the piano, or competing in a friendly game of dodgeball.
